Where this came from
The strategists behind Hearth kept seeing six- and seven-figure structure sitting on the table for clients whose firms never had the capacity to run it. So we productized the work firms can deliver without staffing it: the comp report first, the Hearth Legacy Program for the high earner with deep domain expertise.
